Overview

Our client is a buyside firm. They are seeking a Legal Entity Controller at the AD/D Level to be a reviewer for corporate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, supporting audits, and driving process improvements across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee general ledger activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and accounting controls.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and develop finance team members.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
• Partner with business stakeholders on financial and accounting matters.
