The Role
A role where strategy meets hands-on execution:

• Define and execute sourcing strategies for CNC machined parts and precision mechanical components
• Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers to strengthen the supply base
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage supplier performance across quality, cost, and delivery
• Champion cost optimisation and continuous improvement across the supply base
• Mentor and develop a team of sourcing and procurement professionals
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams
• Oversee ERP-based procurement processes and improve sourcing governance

What We're Looking For
You'll bring the right blend of technical knowledge and commercial acumen:

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field
• 8-10 years of sourcing or procurement experience, ideally within precision or CNC manufacturing
• A strong track record managing and developing suppliers, including those based in China
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English
• Proven leadership of a sourcing or procurement team
• Hands-on ERP system experience
• A background in precision engineering, optics, or high-tech manufacturing is an advantage
