Job Summary

You will manage and grow client relationships by delivering expert product knowledge and ensuring excellent service quality to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong client relationships by identifying client needs and expanding business opportunities
• Maintain comprehensive product and service knowledge to effectively upsell and support client business growth
• Plan, track, and document key client action points and provide regular reports to management for informed decision-making
• Deliver exceptional client communication and ensure smooth service operations to enhance client satisfaction
• Drive achievement of forecasted sales targets through proactive client engagement and sales activities
• Support service operations to ensure seamless delivery and client experience
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives
