Graduate Electronics/Test Engineer

Location: Singapore

Qualification: Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in characterising new semiconductor products across different temperature conditions.
• Support engineers in verifying whether product parameters meet the required specifications.
• Assist with feasibility studies and the preparation of test plans for Wafer Sort and Final Test.
• Support debugging and root-cause analysis of product, design and test issues.
• Analyse test data and prepare reports under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Assist in developing and debugging test programs for semiconductor devices.
• Operate laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, source meters, battery emulators and spectrum analysers.
• Work closely with design, product, test, quality and manufacturing teams.
• Support product qualification, reliability testing, yield analysis and continuous-improvement activities.
• Participate in technical training and develop knowledge of semiconductor testing processes and ATE platforms.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in semiconductor testing and product engineering are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of electronic engineering fundamentals and circuit analysis.
• Academic knowledge of analog, digital, mixed-signal, power-management or RF circuits.
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis, quality testing or reliability testing is advantageous.
• Exposure to semiconductor testing, wafer fabrication, IC design or laboratory work through projects or internships is preferred.
• Familiarity with LabVIEW, VB, Perl, Java or other programming languages will be advantageous.
• Willingness to learn ATE platforms such as Teradyne IFlex/UFlex or Advantest 93K.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidates must be able to work legally in Singapore.
