Responsibilities :

• Assist Architect in all aspects of architectural works from conception, present design proposals and to completion of projects.
• Liaise with various specialist consultants on matters concerning design, technical co-ordination issues and building regulations.
• Attend Clients / sub-contractors' meetings on matters concerning project issues.
• Assist in documentation during conceptual and detail design development stage.
• Communicate and co-ordinate with project team/s.

Requirements :

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized University.
• Minimum 3 years working experience.
• Have working knowledge on fundamental principles, practices of architecture, local building codes and authorities' submission.
• Candidate must be well-versed in Autocad, Revit, Sketch-up, Photoshop & MS applications software.
