Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, incoming calls, and order processing
• Liaise with customers and internal teams, including Sales, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Prepare and provide invoices, delivery orders, and certified true copies upon request
• Issue and coordinate required certification documents for customers
• Follow up with sales team and customers on account opening and credit application forms
• Assist in preparing and submitting orders and applications related to customer management (e.g. hamper/flower stand orders, vehicle pass applications)
• Support general administrative and coordination duties as required

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
• Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to commit to Monday to Friday / 1pm to 10pm shift or 6 days / 9am to 6pm
