Job Responsibilities


Greet customers, take orders and provide friendly service.
Use the POS system and handle online delivery orders through delivery platform devices.
Collect cash, NETS, card and QR payments accurately.
Prepare simple condiment mixes according to company SOPs while managing customer orders.
Check, pack and serve dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders correctly and on time.
Work with the kitchen and service team during busy periods.
Restock condiments and supplies, and keep the counter and service area clean.
Assist with opening, closing and other simple outlet duties.






Job Requirements


Cashiering or customer service experience in F&B is preferred.
Able to learn and follow simple cashiering, service and delivery order SOPs.
Able to handle customer orders, online delivery orders and payments accurately.
Able to work efficiently during busy meal periods.
Friendly, reliable, punctual and able to work well with the team.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
