Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Production Supervisor to lead a team of production operators to run daily production processes and maintain discipline level on production floor
• Assist Production Supervisor to plan and deploy manpower accordingly and to achieve daily production target
• Ensure production operators follow SOP and instruction strictly
• Able to monitor product quality and communicate effectively with Engineering Team if support is needed
• Able to support overtime to fulfil customer order if necessary
• Able to perform simple maintenance on equipment or tools if necessary

Requirements:

• Min primary / secondary school with 2 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Team player
• SAP Knowledge and Data Entry
