ALTRA Marketing is expanding across both B2C and B2B markets, and we're looking for confident, driven individuals who are ready to build their career in client engagement, marketing, and business development.

This isn't a role where you'll simply sit behind a desk.

You'll gain hands-on experience representing established brands, engaging customers, developing business opportunities, and working directly with clients and decision-makers.

What you'll be doing:
• Represent established brands through face-to-face B2C campaigns, events and roadshows
• Engage customers and develop strong client relationships
• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities
• Communicate with business owners and key decision-makers
• Conduct presentations and consultations
• Understand clients' products, services and business needs
• Work towards customer acquisition and business development targets
• Participate in structured training and mentorship

We're looking for someone who is:
Confident and comfortable speaking to new people
Resilient and able to handle rejection professionally
Proactive, ambitious and results-driven
Strong in communication and relationship building
Able to learn and understand different brands and business solutions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, retail, hospitality, events or other client-facing roles will be an advantage.

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in business development are also welcome to apply.
