- Carry out basic electrical maintenance such as replacement of light fittings, switches and other minor components where appropriate.
- Assist with basic air-conditioning maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting.
- Carry out minor patching, painting, silicone/sealant application and general making-good works.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance according to assigned maintenance schedules.
- Identify defects and potential problems during inspections and report findings to the Facilities Management Executive or Supervisor.
- Assist Engineers and specialist contractors during servicing, troubleshooting and repair works.
- Follow up on assigned work orders and ensure jobs are properly completed.
- Take before-and-after photographs and prepare simple service reports for completed works.
- Clearly report any outstanding issues, materials or specialist assistance required when a job cannot be completed immediately.

- Perform other building maintenance and operational duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
