Responsibilities

On-Camera Hosting

• Lead live shows and segments with clear, engaging presentation and natural pacing.
• Follow scripts and prompts, while adjusting tone to match the audience and brand needs.

Audience Engagement & Content

• Drive viewer interaction through callouts, Q&A, and simple live formats that keep people watching.
• Work with social teams to adapt content for platform-specific moments and reposts.

Production & Collaboration

• Coordinate with producers, camera, and talent to hit timing and technical cues during broadcasts.
• Help test basic audio and camera setups and give feedback to improve live quality.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Entry level, 0 years experience; fresh graduates and newcomers to hosting are welcome.
• Diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Media, Broadcasting, or related is a plus but not required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong verbal communication and clear diction for live delivery.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn live streaming platforms such as Facebook Live, YouTube Live, or TikTok Live.
• Basic camera awareness, mic handling, and simple script reading skills.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Friendly, confident presence on camera and comfortable engaging with live audiences.
• Adaptable under pressure and open to direction from producers.
• Team player attitude and punctuality for rehearsals and show calls.
