Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling customer inquiries, bookings, documentation for billing and service coordination for haulage / trucking operations. Ensure timely delivery, smooth operations, and high levels of customer satisfaction in line with company policies and industry standards.

A. Customer Support

1. Oversee and coordinate daily haulage and trucking operations, including route planning and dispatch schedules.

2. Manage driver performance, discipline, and daily operational coordination.

3. Optimize fleet utilization to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery services.

4.Enforce compliance with safety protocols, legal regulations, and ISO standard operating procedures.

5. Resolve daily operational disruptions, transport delays, and documentation issues efficiently.

B. Requirements

1. Education: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in haulage or trucking operations.

3. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of haulage processes, transport routes, industry regulations, and logistics documentation.

4. Key Skills: Excellent communication, operational coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

5. Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

6. Work Attributes: Able to work independently, manage stress effectively, and willing to travel/work flexible hours when required.

7. Location: Must be willing to work on-site at Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang, Johor.
