Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of pickers, drivers and assistant drivers.
• Ensure daily picking list are completed.
• Manage delivery schedule and routing including third party transporters
• Ensure picking, packing and delivery is without mistakes.
• Maintain good working discipline within warehouse team.
• Responsible for managing monthly stock take.
• Maintain warehouse conditions in clean and tidy manner.
• Manage expired/bad stocks return to be returned to suppliers.
• Ensure the safety of warehouse team and products.
• Communicate with close functions such as invoicing team and sales team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in logistic or any equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience working in a process driven warehouse & logistic environment, previous experience as a supervisor is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead a team by providing good direction, coaching and motivation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,738.21 per month

• Perai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
