Job Description:

• Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams, ensuring business requirements and technical expectations are clearly understood and communicated.
• Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, document, and manage requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle, including post-implementation support.
• Develop comprehensive functional and technical documentation, such as process flows, system specifications, and use-case diagrams, to facilitate system design and development.
• Prepare detailed documentation to support system development, deployment, maintenance, and future enhancements.
• Assist in preparing test cases and participate in functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Power BI, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to understand business requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.
• Prior knowledge or experience in stock trading, capital markets, or financial services is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
