1. Handling Customer Inquiries

• Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or live chat

2. Resolving Complaints and Issues

• Managing customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

3. Processing Orders and Transactions

• Assisting customers in placing orders, confirming delivery and facilitating payments process.

4. Product and Service Support

• Providing technical support and guidance on how to use products or services.
• Helping with troubleshooting or offering instructions on product setup and maintenance.

5. Maintaining Client Profile

• Keeping accurate and up-to-date customer information and service records.
• Tracking interactions, order histories, and any follow-ups.

6. Providing Administrative Support

• Performing clerical duties like paperwork related to customer interactions.

7. Customer Feedback and Surveys

• Collecting feedback from customers to understand their experience.

8. Collaboration with Other Departments

• Working closely with sales, operations, technical and finance to ensure customer needs are met.

9. Maintaining Customer Satisfaction

• Ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of any ongoing customer issues.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
