Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team and assist with daily sales operations.
• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales documents.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouse, logistics, and internal departments regarding orders and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales orders, product details, and transactions.
• Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, payments, and customer requests.
• Assist Sales Executives with quotations, product information, pricing, and order updates.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely administrative support.
• Prepare sales reports, updates, and other documentation as required by management.
• Ensure all sales-related documents are properly filed and updated.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Administration, Sales Administration, or related roles.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Furniture industry experience is highly preferred.
• Familiar with Supplier Management, data entry is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Candidates with experience in furniture, interior design, home furnishing, retail, or manufacturing will have an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
