Review CTB, responsible for BOM full kit and ATP status, and identify material shortages
Analyze, maintain, and execute MRP, verify customer forecasts and demand changes
Manage escalations for critical items and ensure material availability to support production per the MPS through MRP execution, on-time delivery, and coordination of material movement from receiving to production
Clear challenging inventory and manage E&O (End of life & Obsolete) disposition activities
Follow up closely with the Buyer team to ensure shipments arrive on dock as per schedule
Participate in ECN/PCN activities together with the Engineering team
Partner with Buyer/Commodity teams to develop material strategies and buffer plans to best meet customer shipping requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive supply chain solutions
Other additional work tasks or additional roles assigned by the superior
2.0 Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in electronic components purchasing within the EMS industry
Familiarity with Oracle, ERP, and MRP systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin is preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
