Assist in industrial and manufacturing plant activities to ensure production efficiency and safety
Support Industrial Engineering (IE) functions, including layout and process improvements, time studies, production standard setting, and efficiency enhancement
Support production in new workstation setup
Conduct time studies for NPI and mass production cycles
Drive productivity improvements using KAIZEN techniques
Coordinate and design new plant layouts
Support ergonomic assessments and lean manufacturing initiatives in production
Assist in the fabrication of workstation pipes and joints
Other additional work tasks or additional roles assigned by the superior
2.0 Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
Knowledge and application of industrial engineering tools such as work measurement, process mapping, and facilities/workstation design
Basic understanding of process flow and production setup
Mechanical product knowledge is an added advantage
Basic analytical thinking and good communication skills
