1.0 Job Responsibilities

• Assist in industrial and manufacturing plant activities to ensure production efficiency and safety
• Support Industrial Engineering (IE) functions, including layout and process improvements, time studies, production standard setting, and efficiency enhancement
• Support production in new workstation setup
• Conduct time studies for NPI and mass production cycles
• Drive productivity improvements using KAIZEN techniques
• Coordinate and design new plant layouts
• Support ergonomic assessments and lean manufacturing initiatives in production
• Assist in the fabrication of workstation pipes and joints
• Other additional work tasks or additional roles assigned by the superior

2.0 Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Knowledge and application of industrial engineering tools such as work measurement, process mapping, and facilities/workstation design
• Basic understanding of process flow and production setup
• Mechanical product knowledge is an added advantage
• Basic analytical thinking and good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
