Job description:

1. Handle IT support requests from employees

2. Answering employee questions regarding computer systems

3. Manage in changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues

4. Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed

5. Maintaining records of IT issues, solutions, and system changes

6. Conduct in service maintenance IT

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
