Working hours: Mon-Fri (normal)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to define technical requirements for open IT roles.
• Write and post engaging job descriptions on targeted job boards and social channels.
• Source active and passive candidates through GitHub, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and portfolios for core technical stacks (e.g., Python, Java, Cloud/AWS, DevOps).
• Conduct initial phone or video screens to evaluate soft skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate technical tests, coding assessments, and follow-up interviews with tech leads.
• Manage salary negotiations, extend formal offers, and oversee the candidate onboarding pipeline.

Requirements & Skills

• At least 5 years proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Sourcer.
• Solid grasp of tech stacks, developer terminology, and engineering roles.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable.
• Strong Boolean search skills and modern sourcing techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
