Production Planner Executive

Location: Saleng, Senai, Johor

ECCO STEEL INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planner Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for production planning, material scheduling, and coordinating across departments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to optimize resources and meet production schedules.
• Monitor production activities and analyze production schedules to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Prepare material schedules and purchase requests based on sales orders.
• Plan and manage raw material requirements to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Work closely with Engineering and other support departments to resolve production-related issues.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability and product delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and workflow.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Sound understanding of material planning, inventory control, and production scheduling principles.
