About the Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a Professional Services Firm; we are seeking an experienced Organization & Workforce Transformation to join the team.
- This role combines strategic advisory with hands-on delivery, driving process redesign, org and role architecture, and workforce capability strategies that build long-term organizational resilience. The role owns client engagements, leads a consulting team, and shapes practice direction.
The Role
- Lead end-to-end workforce transformation engagements, from diagnostic and current-state assessment through to implementation roadmaps.
- Design and recommend process streamlining initiatives that improve organizational efficiency and reduce role redundancy.
- Develop workforce and skills strategies, including skills-gap analysis, career pathway design, and reskilling/upskilling frameworks tied to compensation progression.
- Partner with client HR, business unit, and C-suite stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with business strategy.
- Build change management plans to support adoption of new operating models, job architectures, and ways of working.
- Develop client proposals, pitch materials, and thought leadership that reflect the firm's point of view and technical depth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in management consulting, HR/organization advisory, or in-house organization design/transformation roles.
- Proven track record leading large-scale workforce transformation, org design, or process optimization projects.
- Experience with change management methodologies and stakeholder management at senior/executive level.
- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
