Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective tenants and actively source for suitable concepts and brands for the retail properties under the Company's portfolio
• Handle enquiries on vacant spaces and follow up on viewings
• Negotiate and put up recommendation of offers received for new and renewal leases
• Manage and administer lease documentation
• Liaise with property management on tenancy-related matters
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with tenants
• Maintain database, conduct competitive market research and prepare monthly reports
• Manage arrears, including monitoring and follow up on outstanding payments
• Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management or Business Administration
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in retail industry
• Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
• Independent, resourceful, proactive, team player, problem solver, meticulous and have attention to details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
