Project Description:

• We are looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in building Python / Pyspark data engineering solutions for a critical Trade Surveillance project built on Q KDB and Python / Pyspark

Responsibilities:

• - Mentor & guide Python developers & automation engineers in building world class products
• - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers
• - Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers
• - Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan
• - RAID management of project
• - Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality

Mandatory Skills Description:

• - 10+ years of expertise as a python developer or architect
• - Strong people and stakeholder management experience
• - Proven ability to build Gen AI utilities and agents

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• • Experience to trade surveillance or any other Banking / Compliance domains
