The Role
A hands-on quality engineering role spanning complaint resolution, inspection, NPI, and quality systems.
- Manage complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA/SCAR through to timely and effective closure
- Deploy advanced inspection equipment to support product release across IQC, IPQC, and OQC stages
- Chair MRB review meetings to drive timely resolution of non-conformance reports
- Compile shipment inspection reports and collaborate with internal teams on MRB/RTV processing
- Support NPI and first article qualification, including drawing reviews, source inspection, and FA package submission
- Maintain manufacturing documentation and uphold ISO 9001/14001 requirements
- Lead improvement projects and support ESG and sustainability initiatives
A quality-focused professional with solid experience in precision manufacturing environments.
- Proven quality engineering background in precision or high-tech manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with IQC, IPQC, OQC processes and advanced inspection tools
- Practical knowledge of CAPA, SCAR, and MRB workflows
- Experience in NPI and first article qualification processes
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Strong communicator, comfortable liaising between customer and factory teams
