The Role

Private Wealth Advisor at LAS Capital — an SC-regulated PE and private credit platform.

You raise capital from sophisticated investors. You earn based on what you raise. No quota resets. No bonus pool politics. No product-push directives.

What you do:

• Build and manage relationships with sophisticated investors (CMSA Schedule 7)
• Present fund strategy, deal flow, and performance — with conviction, not a script
• Drive capital commitments through trust-based advisory
• Work directly with the investment team — no five layers between you and decisions

• Premium property agents (luxury/prime segment) — you've advised HNW clients on million-ringgit decisions.

Non-negotiables:

• 3+ years client-facing (preferably with HNW individuals)
• Proven ability to originate, maintain, and grow a high-value client network
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills
• You don't wait to be told what to do

Good to have:

• CMSRL licence (or willingness to obtain — we support this)
• CFP / CFA / CAIA / FPAM certification
• Existing investor network
