岗位职责

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and continuously improve the management system in compliance with applicable ISO standards, customer requirements and regulatory requirements.
Plan, coordinate and conduct internal audits, and support external, customer and certification audits.
Manage Non-Conformance (NCR), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities, including root cause analysis, corrective action follow-up and effectiveness verification.
Control and maintain documentation and records, including procedures, work instructions, forms and quality-related documents.
Monitor QMS performance, quality objectives and KPIs, and prepare relevant reports for management review.
Support risk management, process improvement and continual improvement initiatives to enhance QMS effectiveness and operational performance.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective implementation of QMS requirements and timely closure of audit findings and quality issues.
Provide QMS awareness and training to employees and support the development of a strong quality culture within the organization.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field, with relevant experience in QMS or Quality Assurance.
Good knowledge of management system such as ISO 9001 and experience in QMS implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement.
Experience in internal auditing, external/customer audits.
Familiar with quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, 8D, Pareto, FMEA and PDCA.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, with good documentation and reporting skills.
Work Location: Senai, Johor
