As a Technical Sourcing Specialist, you will coordinate direct and indirect material requirements to support ongoing equipment manufacturing priorities.

• Sourcing fabrication parts, standard components, and specialized sub-assemblies aligned with operational needs.

• Partnering with approved regional vendors to secure competitive cost structures and lead-time efficiencies.

• Driving zero-defect quality programs in collaboration with cross-functional technical teams.

• Conducting quarterly supplier evaluations and maintaining category records within tier-1 ERP systems.

• Managing inventory demand requirements and resolving delivery risks for contracted modules.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum five years of experience in technical sourcing, procurement engineering, or purchasing within capital equipment manufacturing.

• Functional understanding of machining processes with the capability to interpret technical drawings.

• Applied experience managing purchase records and inventory data within enterprise resource planning tools.

• Practical background in commercial negotiations, lead-time optimization, and vendor performance tracking.

• Tertiary qualification in engineering or a matching technical discipline.
