About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to lead customer programs from product launch through production and ongoing operations. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while meeting quality, delivery, and business objectives.

You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other stakeholders to manage product introductions, drive continuous improvements, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

• Manage customer programs from new product introduction (NPI) to production ramp-up and sustaining activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of project milestones and customer commitments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, risk assessments, and action plans to achieve program objectives.
• Monitor project performance and proactively address issues that may impact timelines, cost, or quality.

Customer Management

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and build strong relationships with customers.
• Provide regular project updates, progress reviews, and performance reporting.
• Act as the escalation point for customer concerns and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams.
• Ensure customer expectations are met while aligning with business goals and operational capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead and facilitate program review meetings with key stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions.
• Coordinate engineering changes, product transfers, and other lifecycle management activities.
• Ensure all departments deliver on commitments related to product launches and production readiness.

Continuous Improvement

• Champion initiatives that improve operational efficiency, product quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze program metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Support cost reduction and productivity improvement projects across the organization.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Customer-Facing Operations roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and production ramp-up activities.
• Exposure to sheet metal fabrication, plastic injection molding, or precision manufacturing industries will be an advantage.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to influence and coordinate teams across different functions and levels.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused with strong business acumen.
• High integrity, positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
