Job Summary

Sciente International is looking for a motivated Process Improvement Specialist to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support process automation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and document process flows and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Support process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Prepare reports and analyze operational data.
• Work with different departments to implement process improvements.
• Monitor the effectiveness of improved processes.
• Support continuous improvement and business transformation projects.
• Ensure processes comply with company policies and standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in process improvement, business analysis, or process automation preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of process mapping and documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
