About the Roles

Join a logistics organisation as an IT Support Engineer based in Tuas, with transport provided from Boon Lay MRT. This is a permanent role working 5.25 days per week, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm and alternate Saturdays from 8.30am to 1.00pm, offering a basic salary of up to $4,000, AWS, and variable bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, system/OA software, NAS, printers/MFP, backup facilities, and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues within a Windows domain environment, including TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, and Switch.
• Set up, maintain, and support corporate email systems such as Exchange Server, Outlook, and Mobile ActiveSync.
• Administer and support various servers to ensure smooth daily IT operations.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
• Review current IT processes and recommend initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement approved IT improvements and support project-related activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and users for onsite and offsite support matters.
• Supervise contract workers during IT-related assignments.
• Conduct outdoor site surveys involving telecommunications, machinery, networking, IoT, and other IT equipment.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting end users on hardware and software matters.
• Experience handling fieldwork for outdoor IT projects.
• Ability to liaise effectively with vendors and users across onsite and offsite environments.
• Able to follow up on support matters and project requirements in a timely manner.
• Willing to contribute ideas that support improvements in IT operations and project work.
