About the Role

We are supporting a major organisation in the Singapore public sector in the search for an experienced technical project manager to lead enterprise initiatives focused on cloud platform standardisation, architecture governance and technology modernisation.

This is a highly technical project management role requiring someone who can work confidently across cloud engineering, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity and business stakeholders.

You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of cloud platform initiatives, ensuring that technology solutions are scalable, secure, governed and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud platform, architecture standardisation and modernisation initiatives.

* Drive standardisation of cloud infrastructure, platform services, deployment patterns and governance frameworks.

* Coordinate across cloud engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture and vendors.

* Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.

* Establish project KPIs, milestones and delivery metrics and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.

* Facilitate technical workshops, architecture reviews and governance checkpoints.

* Ensure cloud initiatives comply with enterprise architecture, security and governance standards.

* Support cloud migration and modernisation initiatives across AWS, Azure and/or GCP environments.

* Drive adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, automation and reusable cloud architecture patterns.

* Prepare project documentation, RAID logs, status reports and management presentations.

* Coordinate transition of completed initiatives into operational support.

* Act as the key bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

You should have:

* A minimum of 5 years in IT / cloud project management experience, with a track record of delivering technology initiatives end-to-end.

* Strong understanding of cloud architecture, platform standardisation and governance.

* Experience working within the Singapore Government / public-sector technology environment.

* Hands-on familiarity with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP.

* Experience managing projects involving cloud migration, infrastructure standardisation, enterprise architecture, DevOps or platform engineering.

* Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and senior business stakeholders.

* Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or ServiceNow.

* Ability to define KPIs, monitor delivery metrics and manage projects within scope, timeline and budget.

* Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.

* CAT 2 clearance is mandatory

* PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum certification, multi-cloud or hybrid cloud experience or knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks will be highly regarded
