Chef skilled in the preparation of North and South Indian food and fusion cuisine, including North and South Indian vegetarian savouries, specialty sweets, desserts and delicacies is urgently required. Applicant must have at least 5 years prior experience in an Indian kitchen. Knowledge in both traditional Indian cuisine, tandoori items, desserts and fusion foods, together with good hygiene practices, are essential.
