Job Title: Outlet Supervisor

Off Days: Sunday and Monday

About Us
Le Petit Croissant is an French bakery based in Singapore, serving croissants, pastries, and French breakfast favourites across our 3 outlets. We're looking for a hands-on, service-driven Outlet Supervisor to help with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining high service standards
• Run the front counter with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Perform all cashier duties with precision and efficiency
• Support stock collection, inventory replenishment, and restocking processes
• Provide coverage across shifts when a team member is on medical leave, ensuring the outlet continues to run smoothly
• Ensure the outlet is clean, well-presented, and operating smoothly throughout the day

Requirements

• Prior experience in F&B, retail, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling cash and POS systems
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Available to work Tuesday to Saturday
