Recommend suitable treatments and products based on guests’ needs.

Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to every guest.

Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products before each appointment.

Handle guest feedback professionally and report any concerns to the supervisor.

Follow spa policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
