Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
Manage the daily functions of the business
Prepare quarterly performance review and reevaluate processes
Take on transformation and innovation projects
Manage and ensure effective communication between offshore and onshore team


Qualifications

6+ years of experience in auditing firm
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Strong leadership
Independent
Comfort working with multiple groups within business
