Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, execution and construction supervision of comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget.

Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal/external parties with regard to the project progress.

Leading discussions with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Reviewing and approving project drawings and specifications.

Preparation of presentation material for top management.

Work closely with different business units, such as estate agency, legal firm, design house and contractors to ensure the successful launch of project.

Requirements:
Degree in Structural Engineering or related disciplines;

Minimum 10 years of project management experience in large-scale properties developments from inception to completion;

Experience in high-end residential/commercial projects preferred;

Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantonese;

CEng, MHKIE, MIStructE or equivalent preferred
