HK SEATRANS LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to manage purchasing activities, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely availability of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Track orders, deliveries, and outstanding POs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain purchasing and inventory records.
• Prepare procurement reports.
• Review material requests and specifications.
• Coordinate material transfers between project sites.
• Monitor overdue orders and resolve procurement issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Relevant procurement experience.
• Good knowledge of purchasing and supplier coordination.
• Strong Excel and administrative skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
