At Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB), we're looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to support the growth of our Variable Price (VP) Funds portfolio through strategic planning, performance analysis, and business intelligence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the development, implementation, and coordination of strategic and tactical business plans for ASNB Agents.
• Support the execution and monitoring of sales initiatives, campaigns, and strategic projects to drive business growth and enhance agent performance.
• Analyse ASNB Agents’ performance and distribution data to identify business opportunities and support the development of business proposals.
• Develop and produce dynamic performance reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making and business proposals.
• Conduct and facilitate regular business reviews, performance tracking, and follow-up actions to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing sales initiatives, business planning, sales and marketing, unit trust, financial services, and financial planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business and performance data.
• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Holds a valid FIMM License with professional certifications such as CFP, RFP, SRFP, or IFP considered an added advantage.
