L&D Program Design Manager
The Role
We are looking for an experienced L&D / Program Design professional to join the Learning & Development function. The role will focus on designing and developing impactful learning and organisational development programmes for employees and leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop L&D, leadership development and organisational development programmes aligned with business and people priorities.
- Translate organisational and capability needs into structured learning journeys, programmes, frameworks and interventions.
- Develop programme concepts, content structures, learning methodologies, facilitator guides and supporting materials.
- Partner with HR, L&D, OD and business stakeholders to understand capability gaps and programme requirements.
- Design programmes covering areas such as leadership development, talent development, people management, culture, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external learning partners to develop and deliver programmes where required.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness and incorporate feedback and data to continuously improve programme design.
- Manage multiple programme design projects from initial concept through development and implementation.
- Keep abreast of emerging L&D, leadership development and organisational development practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Education, Business or a related discipline.
- Approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience in L&D, OD, HR programme design, talent development or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing HR / L&D / OD programmes, rather than purely programme delivery or training facilitation.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, programme architecture and learning design.
- Experience working with HR and business stakeholders to identify development needs and translate them into practical programmes.
- Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently, structure ambiguous requirements and turn ideas into well-designed programmes.
- Experience in a corporate HR/L&D environment, consulting firm, learning organisation or similar setting would be advantageous.
