Key Responsibilities

Execute functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing to validate system requirements and business processes.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, test reports, and supporting documentation.
Perform manual testing, defect verification, re-testing, and ensure test coverage across applications and integrations.
Log, track, prioritize, and follow up on defects while collaborating with developers to resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with project stakeholders and support SIT, UAT, deployment verification, production validation, and testing status reporting.

Key Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
2 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
Knowledge of manual, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing methodologies.
Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle .
Experience or exposure to automation tools such as Playwright will be advantageous.
Experience in creating structured test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation.
Basic knowledge of API testing, RESTful APIs, and JSON validation.
Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
Familiarity with defect and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, TestRail, or Confluence.
