Job Summary

As a Sales Supervisor, you will manage daily store operations and merchandising activities to drive sales performance and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective client communication by maintaining regular contact and providing timely feedback to support line managers
• Develop and implement sales activities, strategies, and plans to increase brand visibility and market presence
• Assess sales team performance regularly and identify opportunities to enhance team effectiveness and productivity
• Monitor and control marketing expenses to ensure expenditures remain within the approved budget
• Create and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active client accounts

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage clients and coordinate with team members effectively
• Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a kitchen environment
