Job Description

• Assemble, debug, and install machine stations as part of project requirements.

• Perform pre alignment of stations with guidance from the Manufacturing Manager.

• Operate machines during the debugging phase under supervision.

• Follow prioritization guidance from the Project Manager.

• Deliver technical training to customers, covering mechanical hardware, pneumatics, change over procedures, critical setup/alignment, and preventive maintenance.

• Support installation and commissioning activities at customer sites.

• Prepare manufacturing documents required for project deliverables.

• Ensure all pallet and critical station tasks are completed within budget and timeline.

• Collaborate with fellow Project Engineers to streamline processes and resolve technical challenges.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma/ ITE in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience hands on in automation or machine-building environments.

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and assembly skills.

• Familiar with mechanical engineering practices; experience with SolidWorks/ Inventor is an advantage.

• Ability to travel when necessary.
