岗位职责

  • Manage the procurement of food, beverages, ingredients, and kitchen supplies for the restaurant.
  • Source and evaluate reliable suppliers based on quality, price, availability, and service.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of required items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing according to operational requirements.
  • Inspect delivered goods to ensure they meet quality, quantity, freshness, and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, invoices, and purchase documentation.
  • Monitor market prices and identify opportunities to reduce purchasing and operational costs.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, operations, finance, and management teams regarding purchasing requirements.
  • Supervise procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies and food safety requirements.
