Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall human resources management of the company's Singapore office and production team.
  • Develop annual human resources plans and recruitment plans based on company business and production needs.
  • Oversee the entire employee recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding arrangements.
  • Build talent reserves for engineering, technical, production, administrative, and management positions.
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, and departures.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and related personnel records.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll calculations, CPF (Consumer Benefits), personal income tax, and other statutory personnel declarations.
  • Responsible for employee benefits, medical insurance, bonuses, allowances, and other compensation and benefits matters.
  • Develop, update, and implement company HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal rules and regulations.
  • Ensure company personnel policies comply with Singapore's Employment Act, MOM (Ministry of Manpower), and relevant labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary issues, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
  • Assist department heads in employee performance evaluations, goal setting, and talent development.
  • Develop and coordinate employee training plans, including onboarding training, skills training, and management training.
  • Analyze HR data such as employee turnover rate, absenteeism rate, recruitment costs, overtime, and labor costs, and submit reports to management.
  • Assist in promoting employee communication, team building, and employee welfare activities to improve employee stability and team cohesion.
  • Manage HR documents, employee files, and personal data, ensuring compliance with PDPA requirements.
  • Maintain close collaboration with departments such as production, engineering, QA, finance, and administration to resolve daily HR issues.
  • Manage and mentor subordinates such as HR Executives and HR Admins.
  • Complete other HR and administrative projects assigned by management.

Pay: $7,477.82 - $11,512.08 per month
