Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in administrative work
• Greet patients and schedule appointments
• Answer phone calls, reply messages, & respond to inquires
• Process billing and payments
• Maintain a clean & organized clinic
• Prepare and manage x-ray files
• Perform any ad hock tasks when required
• Training is require

Requirement:

• Full time position
• Able to write & communicate in English & Bahasa. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin would be a bonus
• Shift base & working on one of the weekend (Sunday / Saturday)
• Have basic computer skills
• No experience needed (training will be provided)
• Good working attitude and friendly
