Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate engineering activities and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on pending tasks.
• Prepare, maintain, and control engineering documents, drawings, and reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Track material submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and as-built drawings.
• Assist with procurement by coordinating material specifications and delivery schedules.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and engineering records.
• Ensure engineering documentation complies with company procedures and project requirements.
• Support project handover and close-out documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if applicable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
