Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for assigned territory.
• Generate sales orders from existing and new customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and product penetration.
• Follow up on sales leads and potential customers.

Customer & Outlet Management

• Visit assigned retail outlets/customers according to the sales schedule.
• Build and maintain good relationships with outlet owners, buyers, and store personnel.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Monitor customer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends.

Product & Merchandising

• Ensure products are properly displayed and readily available at outlets.
• Check stock levels, out-of-stock items, damaged goods, and slow-moving products.
• Ensure pricing, promotional materials, and product displays are properly maintained.
• Execute company promotions and sales campaigns at assigned outlets.

Order & Collection Management

• Take customer orders and ensure accurate order information.
• Follow up on order fulfilment and product delivery.
• Monitor customers' outstanding balances and support collection follow-up.
• Report overdue accounts to the Sales Manager.

Market Development

• Identify and approach new outlets and potential customers.
• Expand product distribution and market coverage within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitors' pricing, promotions, products, and activities.
• Provide market feedback and recommendations to management.

Reporting & Administration

• Submit daily sales and outlet visitation reports.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Update management on sales performance, market conditions, customer issues, and competitor activities.
• Ensure all assigned sales activities and reports are completed on time.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
