Duties & Responsibilities
HR & Administration
- Manage daily HR and administrative operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Receptionist, Admin Officer, security personnel, cleaners, drivers, and external service providers.
- Oversee office management, facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, utilities, and general office operations.
- Manage company assets, inventory, licences, agreements, and administrative documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities, suppliers, contractors, and other relevant parties on HR and administrative matters.
- Support warehouse administration and other general operational activities when required.
- Ensure HR and administrative activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports and maintain proper records.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and assignments as assigned by Management.
Scrap / Waste Management
- Manage and monitor the company’s scrap and waste management activities.
- Coordinate and monitor scrap collection and disposal with appointed suppliers.
- Liaise with scrap suppliers, contractors, internal departments, and other relevant parties.
- Monitor scrap and waste management activities to ensure proper control, documentation, and compliance with company requirements.
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to scrap and waste management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HR & Administration or related functions.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- Experience in office management, facilities, and maintenance coordination is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in waste management, scrap management, or recycling activities is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, coordination, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period is an added advantage.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
