Job Summary

The Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within timeline and budget, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business goals and managing cross-departmental teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables aligned with business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Create comprehensive project plans for communication with clients and internal teams
• Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to meet milestones and uphold quality standards
• Monitor project progress continuously and produce detailed reports on milestones and deliverables
• Communicate proactively project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders
• Manage project budgeting and forecasting to ensure completion within approved budget
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct post-project evaluations to analyze successful and unsuccessful elements for continuous improvement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
• Master’s degree or advanced certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
• Proven experience managing all aspects of project lifecycles
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, or change management

Required competencies and certifications

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools
• Demonstrated leadership, time management, and organizational skills to drive project success
• Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills applied in project contexts
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet deadlines effectively
